History

Smooth Fox Terriers were found in the British Isles in the 1600s and were owned by farmers. They were used for hunting small prey in farms and have great sense of smell and eyesight.

Active and lively expression, small in size, muscular, small eyes and ears, narrow head

Color and Coat

The coat is hard, dense, smooth and flat. The color is mostly white with brindle, red, tan or brown markings. They require little grooming.
